THE ROLE
Based in Newcastle with an office at Warabrook, the Scheduling Officer has responsibility to assist the community service teams with their scheduling responsibilities. In addition, a key part of the role is to provide high level, quality and consistent customer service to stakeholders ensuring that scheduling is a friendly, welcoming and professional experience for our employees.
The role has capacity to Work from Home. The successful candidate will be flexible enough to accommodate days between home and office if required.
