The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity available for a seasoned Administrator to join the Newcastle Anglican Property Services team. Reporting to the Director of Property, you will be responsible for supporting the broader Property and Asset Management team with administrative tasks, including inbox management and triaging, systems administration, accounting processes and property management support.
This is a permanent Full Time vacancy.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as inbox triaging, responding to property and tenant enquiries, record management, and scheduling appointments
- Systems administration and data management: Assist in data analysis and the completion of regular reporting
- Accounting processes: Processing of invoices and timesheets
- Vendor Coordination: Assist in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for property-related services and supplies
- Property Inspections: Assist in conducting regular property inspections to assess conditions and identify maintenance needs
- Assist with the development of department procedures and manuals
- Any other duties as reasonably required by the Manager
About you?
- Previous Business Administration experience, knowledge of property and facilities management protocols would be highly desired
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (Property, Community Services or Business preferred)
- A team player who is flexible to changes, enjoys collaboration, and is willing to learn and develop new skills
- Capable of assisting with new technology systems and industry changes, with strong attention to detail and the ability to support the training of staff
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
- Willingness to obtain a police check
- Current Drivers Licence
