You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, fluid environment, and be passionate about supporting stakeholders to scale effectively. Develop and deliver marketing campaigns, with the support of the Communications and Marketing Manager.Coordinate a small team of Business Partners and suppliers to drive targeted marketing and fundraising activities.Ensure consistent brand application across Newcastle’s Anglican brands.Support and coordinate service marketing requirements of Newcastle Anglican brandsDevelop fundraising campaigns.Work with services, corporate teams and partners to ensure professional marketing activities and the maintenance of Newcastle Anglican brands.Work with key stakeholders including donors, supporters and volunteers to further marketing initiatives in general.Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of Brand, Communications & Marketing divisions strategic and operational objectives identified in yearly operational plans. Ability to plan, implement and evaluate brand, marketing, publications, fundraising and event projects. About youPrevious experience in a similar marketing role or an experienced marketer looking to take the next step in their career.Campaign and marketing project management skills and strong stakeholder relationship management.Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) Previous experience managing a busy workload, often with competing priorities.Demonstrated experience across a range of traditional and digital technologies.Demonstrated capacity to operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment and manage complexity, drive change, and effectively manage continuous improvement projects. Tertiary degree qualification in Marketing (or workings towards) or any other relevant tertiary qualifications and relevant transferable experience A current Working with Children check and NDIS Worker Screening (with clearance to work with children) National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes) â€¯Who we are? Formally known as the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle, Newcastle Anglican is a faith-based organisation serving the people of the Hunter and Central Coast.
