About you:Cert IV or equivalent in Community Services and/or relevant and proven experience in the community services sectorDemonstrated experience in the provision of case coordination which creates opportunities to empower and promote the well-being of people accessing servicesExperience within the human services sector, including an understanding of casework practice and strengths-based approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop rapport and communicate effectively with people accessing emergency reliefExperience in working with and managing volunteersHigh level of computer literacy and highly developed administration skillsAbility to operate with minimal supervision and as part of a teamWell-developed time management and organisational skills including demonstrated ability to meet deadlinesDemonstrated commitment to and the ability to maintain confidentiality and accountability; including client records, team and organisational discussionsThe successful applicant will possess or willingness to obtain the following: NSW Working with Children Check, Criminal history check, Drivers Licence, first aid & CPR certificate and undertake a pre-employment functional medical.Who we are?
