Family Visit Worker Location:â¯Newcastle, Hunter Casual Opportunity⯠This role is paid under the Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Services Award 2010- Level 3 $36.00/hour + Casual Loading About the Opportunity The Family Visit Support Worker works in partnership with the Case Manager to support parents and children to maintain and grow meaningful relationships in a safe supervised care environment and to facilitate the family visit goals of children and young people. The role is involved in the planning, supervision and providing feedback, to ensure successful family time for children and young people, family members and carers. The Family Visit Support Worker is responsible for all aspects of supporting children and young people, family members and carers during family visits and providing transportation to family visits. ⯠Why work for us?
