Based out of NSW Health Gateway building in Gosford & our Bateau Bay office, the Family Intervention Clinician (FIC) is responsible for the delivery of clinical family therapy intervention to clients with complex mental health needs from the Central Coast Local Health District Mental Health Service and their carers/families.
The role will involve supporting the establishment of clinical service pathways between Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) and Community Managed Organisations (CMO) with the aim of enhancing ongoing access to family therapy and support services for clients and their family. This will include support with service navigation and access; establishing and strengthening working partnerships with other service providers; streamlining referral pathways; and providing education to CCLHD staff regarding clinical family interventions.
