Candidates with the following experiences and skillsets are encouraged to apply:  Tertiary qualifications in Health or a relevant discipline  Aged Care experience and a thorough and proven understanding of the Aged Care Quality standards is highly desirable  Understanding of contemporary Human Service environments and proven ability to lead change  A demonstrated ability to increase the commercial value of business streams in an environment of change  Excellent verbal and written communication skills    The Organisation   Anglican Care is the Aged Care arm of Newcastle Anglican and is a highly respected NFP organisation providing aged care services throughout the Hunter, Central Coast and Mid Coast regions.
