Candidates with the following experiences and skillsets are encouraged to apply:Tertiary qualification in Health, Social Work or relevant discipline.5+ years of experience at a senior level across Community and Home Care and/or disability services.Demonstrated ability to increase the commercial value of business streams.Experience in funding negotiation and contract management.Ability to think strategically and be a change agent.Demonstrated experience using effective governance frameworks to ensure ethical use of financial resources and professional standards of planning and budgeting.
