Administrative Assistant - Samaritans Information & Neighbourhood Centre  Part-time contract, 45 hours per fortnight until 30/06/25Location: Cessnock â€¯About the Opportunity:  The role will primarily be responsible for front line customer service to community members seeking assistance in their time of need or crisis, you will provide a warm welcome and ensure community members receives clear information about what Samaritans can offer and provide referrals to other services based on their family and/or individual needs. The reception-administrative assistant is responsible for the provision of quality and consistent customer focused reception and administration support to internal and external clients of the site and the Agency.  â€¯ Why work for us? Our team are the heart of what we do here at Samaritans.
