Rural young Minds provided by Samaritans
Join our team and provide support to young people (aged 12-25) who are experiencing mental health challenges. You will provide person-centered therapy and interventions, working collaboratively with young people to help them achieve positive outcomes in their health and wellness journey.
The Recovery Model is at the core of our work. Your role will be to develop individualised plans based on the unique needs and circumstances of each young person, empowering them to take ownership of their recovery and live a self-directed life. You’ll work within a framework that includes our Recovery Principles.
You will support an active case load of up to 40 young people per year, with an anticipated duration of support lasting around six months for each individual. As a key member of the team, you will receive supervision and guidance from a supportive Clinical Lead and Community Services Manager to help manage your caseload and ensure appropriate referrals are made when necessary.
