About the Opportunity
Samaritans Youth Homelessness Support Service provides personâcentred, collaborative support to young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness. As a Case Worker, you will work with a diverse group of young people who require varying levels of support as they work toward securing safe, stable and sustainable housing.
In this role, you will assess individual needs, develop tailored case plans, and coordinate wrapâaround supports to help each young person achieve their goals. You’ll play a key part in ensuring young people can remain safely housedâwhether in their existing accommodation or through new, secure optionsâwhile providing professional, accountable and compassionate case management throughout their journey.
