Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and publish rosters for Home Care Employees, Care Partners, clinical staff, and allied health staff
  • Manage replacement of leave shifts and ensure coverage of participant services
  • Coordinate new participant services and ensure timely scheduling
  • Maintain client management systems and update participant information
  • Prepare and produce reports as required by the team lead and manager
  • Support payroll processes by uploading staff rosters
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, archiving, and invoice processing
  • Communicate roster changes effectively while maintaining confidentiality
  • Assist with induction of new staff and scheduling buddy shifts
  • Undertake project work and other duties as reasonably requested

About you:

  • Certificate III in Administration
  • Demonstrated experience in client management and rostering systems
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and databases
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current driver’s licence, NDIS check, and National Police Check
  • Knowledge of Health or Aged Care sectors (desirable)
  • Experience with ShiftCare (desirable)
