Anglican Care have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduler and Administration Assistant to join our HomeLife team. In this role, you will provide high-quality rostering and clerical support to ensure seamless service delivery for participants. You’ll work closely with Care Partners, clinical staff, and allied health professionals to coordinate schedules and maintain accurate records, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional care.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and publish rosters for Home Care Employees, Care Partners, clinical staff, and allied health staff
- Manage replacement of leave shifts and ensure coverage of participant services
- Coordinate new participant services and ensure timely scheduling
- Maintain client management systems and update participant information
- Prepare and produce reports as required by the team lead and manager
- Support payroll processes by uploading staff rosters
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, archiving, and invoice processing
- Communicate roster changes effectively while maintaining confidentiality
- Assist with induction of new staff and scheduling buddy shifts
- Undertake project work and other duties as reasonably requested
About you:
- Certificate III in Administration
- Demonstrated experience in client management and rostering systems
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and databases
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver’s licence, NDIS check, and National Police Check
- Knowledge of Health or Aged Care sectors (desirable)
- Experience with ShiftCare (desirable)
