Role & Responsibilities: â¯
Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Newcastle Anglican’s Safety and Wellbeing Strategy, including psychosocial health and safety initiatives.
Develop and enhance systems, frameworks and processes that strengthen organisational safety and wellbeing capability, maturity and performance.
Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to build leadership capability, strengthen safety culture, support adoption of initiatives and embed sustainable improvements.
Provide expert advice, consultation and practical solutions that improve safety and wellbeing outcomes, support risk management and promote safe systems of work.
Deliver and support the implementation of safety and wellbeing programs and initiatives that improve workforce wellbeing, engagement and organisational outcomes.
Use safety and wellbeing data, insights and trends to identify improvement opportunities, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Support compliance with relevant safety and wellbeing legislation, standards, policies and governance requirements.
