Retail Supervisor
The Opportunity:
Newcastle Anglican has a rare opportunity for a Retail Supervisor across our Samaritans shops. You will be responsible for supervising staff (both paid and unpaid) and the performance of the shops.
This is a permanent Full Time vacancy.

Role & Responsibilities: â¯
- Supervision and mentoring of volunteer team members, including allocation of daily tasks.
- Administration duties will include a range of activities from rostering to data entry and completing financial calculations all of which may be completed on a computer.
- Domestic duties within the shop may include, vacuuming, wiping down benches, moping, scrubbing and cleaning toilets along with other general domestic duties.
- Assist with the sorting and distribution of donated goods.

- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience or commitment to the proactive provision of superior customer service
- Demonstrated ability to support, guide or train existing and new team members
