About the role
The Practice Leader is a critical member of the Child, Youth & Family Early Intervention and Family Preservation Teams, providing specialist guidance, support, and mentoring to staff.
This role oversees the implementation of best-practice, evidence-informed support for children, young people, families, and communities. Working across teams, the Practice Leader drives quality casework and case management, ensuring improved outcomes for those engaged in early intervention and family preservation services.
Ensuring that evidence-based approaches and systems that underpin work, are culturally informed and respectful of Aboriginal children, young people, families and carers.
