The Opportunity:
Newcastle Anglican has a great opportunity for an Investigations Officer to joing the People & Culture team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the management of complex and sensitive P&C related case management across the organisation.
Working closely with the Complex Case Specialist, the role provides case management support, undertakes workplace investigations and assists in identifying and mitigating psychosocial and organisational risks associated with complex people matters.
This is a 6-month contract with the view to extend.

Role & Responsibilities: â¯
Conduct workplace investigations into complex conduct, grievance, bullying & harassment complaints and other people related matters as delegated by the Complex Case Specialist.
Build strong, trusted relationships across the People & Culture function and the organisation, partnering with People & Culture Business Partners, and leaders to ensure seamless case flow and a consistent, highâquality service experience for internal stakeholders.
Support collating appropriate documentation for external claims and legal matters as required
