  • An understanding of Auditing
  • Demonstrated experience in responding to complaints
  • Understanding of the aged care quality standards
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of HACCP principles
