Monitor grounds for safety and/or compliance concerns and address concerns promptly or escalate as required. Provide feedback to Supervisor on future grounds requirements for each property. Inspect and maintain equipment in a clean and tidy condition and ensure regular service takes place. Where such is outside the technical capacity or qualifications, escalate to your Supervisor and support in procuring contracted trades for the external repair/services required.Undertake required administrative work, including maintaining accurate records of work completed, repairs. Effective use of Mex service workflows. Ensure all duties are carried out in a safe and professional manner.Proactive communication of potential disruption to services and liaising with residents where this may occur. Adherence with all road rules whilst driving Newcastle Anglican vehicles, as well as driving in a safe and courteous manner. Additional duties as reasonably required by Manager.About you?Understanding of and interest in gardening and landscaping work Tertiary qualification in horticulture, maintenance or a related trade or field.
