The Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned and values-aligned executive to lead Infrastructure Services, responsible for the strategic and operational direction of property, asset management, and ICT across the Diocese and its entities.
Key responsibilities include:Leading a multidisciplinary team delivering strategic outcomes across property and ICT.
Developing and implementing a centralised asset management and property strategy.
Ensuring ICT systems are secure, contemporary, and aligned to service delivery needs.
Partnering with other Executive Directors to support their operations through infrastructure.
Driving risk management, data-informed decisions, and service optimisation.
Tertiary degree in a relevant field
Executive-level experience in infrastructure, property, or ICT in complex organisations.
Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder engagement experience.
Proven leadership and the ability to influence with integrity and insight.
Alignment to the values and mission of Newcastle Anglican.
Working with Children Check, relevant background checks, and a current driver’s licence.
