Devise, negotiate, execute and implement innovative capital management, shared infrastructure and other development structures to achieve the optimum customer and commercial outcomes for Newcastle Anglican. Support the Strategic Asset Management program by contributing commercial, risk analysis, and financial guidance to optimise the use of capital assets, managing and reporting on key risks across the project portfolio. Provide Project Delivery advice and guidance ensuring all development and capital projects are in line with key project measures and exit strategies for decommissioned assets managed effectively. Prepare and manage an annual project plan to identify project pipeline, plan out approvals process, resources and funding, for review and approval by the Executive Director Infrastructure. Manage the preparation of all tender packages and construction contracts, including the tender, vetting, negotiation, letting and ongoing oversight of the appointment of all contractors and consultants, to minimise delivery risk to Newcastle Anglican, while ensuring Newcastle Anglican’s customer outcomes are achieved. About you?
