Community Services Manager - Permanency Support Program (PSP)
The Opportunity:
The Community Services Manager provides leadership, direction and operational business management across a number of program areas, including family preservation and early intervention, and these areas are geographically spanning Central Coast, Newcastle and Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Region.
Community Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day service operations to ensure smooth service operation in accordance with defined strategy and policy determined by the Executive Leadership Team and the Board this also includes child wellbeing and child protection services.

Role & Responsibilities:
This unique role would suit a skilled and highly motivated individual who thrives on ongoing change and new challenges. The successful applicant will also need to demonstrate a track record of successful project management and delivering outcomes.

The successful applicant will possess a valid NSW Working with Children Check, Drivers Licence, first aid & CPR certificate and be willing to undertake a pre-employment criminal history check and functional medical.
