The Opportunity:
We have the perfect opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse who is client focused, has experience in aged care and would like to move into a role where you can maintain your clinical skills without the shift work.
Joining our Community Team, you will contribute to the daily operations of the Community Aged Care team in the Mid Coast region in relation to the provision of appropriate aged care services to align with the relevant funding agreements and in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards, Charter and relevant organisational policies and procedures.

Reporting to the Director Community & Allied Health, you will work with a team of home support staff and ensure clients are receiving the full breadth of support they need to stay in their home and achieve great outcomes.
