About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health field, Psychology, Social Work/Science  (and current professional registration)
  • 3+ years leading diverse teams in health or social care settings
  • Operational management experience – budgets, planning, service delivery
  • A passion for person-centered, capacity-building approaches
  • A strong grasp of disability, aged care, and early intervention services
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • NSW WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, Police Check, First Aid, Driver’s Licence

Desirable:

  • Advanced Behavioural Support Practitioner
  • Management or Business qualifications
  • Experience across NDIS, Education, Aged Care, Child & Family services
