Education can be delivered via combination of face-to-face delivery presentations, Toolbox talks, eLearning modules and competency assessments drawing on adult learning principles Deliver engaging clinical education presentations Completion of competency assessments with recommendations Develop current and new clinical education modules using different delivery models based on needs Foster a culture of learning in the organisation Identify learning needs of employees Review internal clinical education delivered against relevant legal and legislative requirements to ensure compliance is met under multiple legislative and funding requirements for Residential Aged Care, Community Care, NDIS and Child Youth and Family Services Monitor evolving changes to legislation, industry norms and needs of clinical employees in the organisation and provide education solution to changes.About you? Tertiary qualifications in a clinical field preferably nursing.
