Conduct stakeholder analysis and build strong relationships, maintaining engagement and communication throughout the change lifecycle to ensure successful adoption. Conduct impact analysis and assess organisational readiness for change. Create and help execute communication plans to keep all relevant parties informed, engaged, and aligned. Coordinate and support training requirements, create awareness, and support impacted teams to embed changes effectively. Identify potential challenges or risks to change and adoption, prepare and implement proactive strategies to address or mitigate those risks. Work with the key stakeholders to ensure changes are delivered, embedded, and sustained for long-term success. Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives. Additional tasks as reasonably requested by Manager. About you?Proficiency in Excel data analysis and creating PowerPoint presentations. Ability to plan, implement and monitor change in a positive and collaborative way. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, training, and communication. Demonstrated collaboration, teamwork, and strong relationship engagement skills across multiple units in the organisation. Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting with the ability to listen, understand and ask the right questions to develop and deliver quality support to organisational change. Demonstrated ability to carry out duties in a timely and efficient manner with the capacity to be self-reliant and exercise initiative with minimum supervision.Change Management qualifications eg.
