In addition, the role will require the facilitator to build relationships with other project staff that are collaborative partners in the Communities for Children (C4C) project. The team also provides appropriate advocacy, information, referral and support that is reflective of early intervention as best practice.The Facilitator will achieve the objectives of both programs by assisting those who access the service, identify goals that are achievable for the child or young person and support their role in their families’ wellbeing.About you?
