About the Role

Essential Requirements

  • Experience working in aged care across community or residential, including participants with dementia.
  • A solid understanding of CHSP, SaH or HCP funding

  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving and adaptability
