Enter data into, update and maintain the information on multiple IT platforms Preparation of service agreements and any other paperwork for clients and services. Maintain client files to a quality standard to ensure that information is available as required Undertake administrative duties as required including but not limited to, faxing, emailing, filing, photocopying, typing, taking of minutes Developing service proposals and quotes for fee for service customers Provide support with billing and work with the finance team as required. Liaise with NDIS following up requests by staff and participants for budgets and funding Monitor claims and supports on NDIA portal Monitor the balance of supports for clients as required Assist with maintaining fleet vehicle with service bookings, monthly log sheets, cleaning vehicles. Role & Responsibilities:
